Wei Chen is the Executive Manufacturing Director for Tenneco China, a position held since 2005. Prior to this role, Wei managed production and sales activities as General Manager at Morgan Crucible in Shanghai from 1998 to 2005. Wei began their career as the National Sales Manager at Xerox Shanghai from 1993 to 1996. With extensive experience in manufacturing and management, Wei continues to lead initiatives in the industry.
