Tennessee National is one of East Tennessee’s premier gated waterfront golf communities. Nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, the community offers a range of homesites and styles to suit your distinctive taste. Whether your ideal home has expansive views of the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course, spectacular vistas of Watts Bar Lake, or a secluded woodland estate, you’ll find it at Tennessee National. And, with the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course, pool and cabana, miles of walking trails and 3.5 miles of waterfront along the Tennessee River, and a Marina and Wellness Center planned to open in 2016, every detail is suited to a comfortable, active lifestyle.

The community is situated just south of Knoxville and a half-day’s drive from many major cities, making a weekend home, seasonal retreat, or year-round residence easily accessible. No matter the season, our East Tennessee location offers a mild climate, so you can experience our grounds during the beauty of autumn and spring, and enjoy summers and winters that are free of extreme temperatures and elements. Conveniently, we are also located near hospitals, Turkey Creek shopping area, dining, interstates, and downtown Knoxville. And, there is no state income tax in Tennessee!
