Charles Murphy

Charles Murphy is an accomplished Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition with extensive experience in global recruiting leadership. Currently, Charles spearheads the Talent Acquisition strategy at Tennr, focusing on recruitment across various functions during significant organizational growth. Previously, Charles developed and implemented global recruiting strategies for US, UK, EMEA, and Israel regions while leading talent acquisition efforts at both the own company and OwnBackup, enhancing employer branding and operational efficiencies. Charles also held key roles at Gorillas and ZT Systems, where recruitment strategies contributed to rapid scaling across multiple departments. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Denison University and a diploma from Delbarton School.
