Tenon is a forward-deployed AI engineering firm. We embed with your team and build working AI systems — not slide decks, not strategy reports, not proofs of concept that never ship.

We work with mid-market companies ready to move past AI hype into real operational gains. The people you meet are the people who do the work. No bait-and-switch. No layers of junior staff.

Our approach is build-first. Working software from week one. We start with a fixed-fee discovery phase to understand your operations, then pilot 2-3 high-value use cases against your actual systems. What works becomes production software. What doesn't, we tell you honestly.

We build on the Anthropic Claude ecosystem — not because it's the only option, but because depth beats breadth. No frameworks that hide what's happening. No generic chatbots.

Everything we build is yours. No vendor lock-in. No proprietary platforms. Your infrastructure, your data, your control.

Based in Atlanta. Working with growth-focused companies nationwide.
