Daniel Friedman

Daniel Friedman, Ph.D., is the Chief Product Officer at Tenovi, where they lead innovative projects in the medical and biotech fields. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Research and Innovation at Hound Labs, Inc., where they built the R&D department from scratch and contributed to raising over $200 million in presales for a novel THC measurement prototype. As Co-Founder and CEO of IOptix Technologies Inc., Daniel secured $2 million in funding from the Gates Foundation for the development of automated diagnostic platforms for developing countries. They hold a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from both the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of California, San Francisco, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
