Dan Lopes, M.S., is an experienced user experience and product consultant with a focus on strategic design and implementation. Currently serving as an Experience Strategist (fractional) at Tension since November 2023, Dan has a rich history of consulting for various organizations, including Risk Control Technologies, PwC, and TD. Prior to Tension, Dan was a Senior UX Researcher & Content Strategist at Toronto Metropolitan University and held significant roles at XpertSea, CGI, and HSBC, contributing to product design, business analysis, and interaction design. Dan holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a Specialized Honours BA in Economics from York University.
