Jeff Howard has over 39 years of work experience, beginning with an internship at the Ohio Attorney General's Office and Ohio University Legal Affairs in 1980. In 1985, they joined Memorex Telex as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for integrating a new business unit, providing business development support throughout the US, managing a sales team, and leading sales engagement with various companies. From 1991 to 1997, they worked at Oracle as a Managing Consultant, where they were responsible for increasing revenue and providing transitionary support for major organizational re-engineering of roles and service delivery capabilities. From 1997 to 1998, they were the Director of Industry Solutions at SAP. From 1998 to 2006, they were the Industry Leader for IBSG (Business Transformation Group) at Cisco Systems, where they conducted engagements that strategically refined organizational direction, process capabilities, and support systems. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Make Your Mark, a marketing and strategy consulting firm. During this time, they used quantitative and qualitative research to define market segments, needs, and priorities; assess competitive forces; tailor communications and business strategies; and effectively position solutions. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Energy, Process & Utilities Dassault Systemes North America, where they were responsible for sales enablement, sales training, and business case development. Finally, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Tensor Networksee since 2019.

Jeff Howard has a varied educational background. Jeff received an MBA with Honors from the Copeland School of Business at Ohio University, where they studied Law, Management & Marketing. Jeff also has a BA from Wittenberg University, where they majored in Business & Political Science and minored in Physics.
