Darren Brien

Darren Brien is a seasoned professional in the field of Cloud AI and data analytics, currently serving as Principal Cloud AI Architect at TensorOps since May 2025. Previously, Darren held multiple roles at DoiT International from March 2020 to May 2025, including Staff Cloud Architect and Senior Cloud Architect focusing on AI and ML. Darren's career also includes leadership positions as Lead Data Scientist and Head of Data Analytics at STAR LIZARD CONSULTING LIMITED from January 2016 to February 2020, and Vice President leading Market Execution Analytics at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business from July 2012 to December 2015. Earlier experience includes developing trading algorithms at Barclays Capital as an Assistant Vice President from July 2009 to July 2012, and internships at Barclays Capital and Symbian PLC during 2005 to 2007. Darren holds an MEng in Computing from Imperial College London, obtained in 2008.
