Gad Benram

Gad Benram is a Co-Founder and CTO at TensorOps, where expertise is focused on pioneering AI initiatives, particularly in LLMs, fine-tuning Search Relevance, and TimeSeries forecasting since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at DoiT International from August 2018 to February 2022, leading the FlexSave GCP and AWS project, and overseeing the Machine Learning team. Notable roles at DoiT also included Director of Machine Learning and Machine Learning and AI Cloud Architect, where Gad built a global team and consulted on machine learning solutions. Prior positions include Algorithms Developer at Gett, where AI algorithms for transportation were developed, and Data Research Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces, focusing on machine learning applications for operational challenges. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Reichman University.
