Al Baumol

Al Baumol is an experienced professional with a long history in the real estate industry. Al started their career in 2008 as a Director and Associate Director at Sinvin Realty LLC. In 2014, they founded TenSource, an online platform for matching Commercial Tenants with Properties. As the Founder of TenSource, they were responsible for creating an online platform to help Tenant Reps post their space requirements to access properties before they hit the market and for Landlord Reps to see who was in the market for space even before marketing their listing.

Al Baumol received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007, after attending Saint Ann's School from 1999 to 2003. Al then went on to earn an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2016.
