Chris Mitchell

Chris Mitchell has extensive experience serving in various board director roles for multiple companies. Chris began their career in 2001 as a Managing Director at Spectrum Equity. Since then, they have held board director positions at Trintech, BATS Global Markets, RainKing Solutions, Cboe Global Markets, Ethoca, Verafin, Definitive Healthcare, Tenstreet, LLC, and Varicent. Chris'sboard director roles span from 2011 to the present, with their most recent role starting in 2019.

Chris Mitchell attended Princeton University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classics. Prior to their time at Princeton, they studied at The Roxbury Latin School.
