Mark Riddle

Mark Riddle is an experienced professional in talent management and people operations, currently serving as the People Ops leader at Tenstreet, LLC since August 2014, where contributions focus on transforming recruitment and retention strategies in the transportation sector. Prior to this role, Mark served as Principal at The Riddle Group from June 2005 to August 2014, leading diverse organizations in their talent management initiatives across the United States. Mark also held the position of Director of Business Development at Anspire from April 2013 to July 2014, collaborating with executives to enhance employee training and culture. Mark Riddle obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Oklahoma Baptist University from 1991 to 1995.
