Michael Saaby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and customer relations across various industries. Currently serving as Group Manager Global Accounts at TENTE since October 2015, Michael focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic account planning. Previously, as Sales Director at TextMinded Danmark, responsible for commercial planning and new business opportunities, and VP Sales & Marketing at Nets Denmark A/S, overseeing B2B IT solution sales, Michael demonstrated strong leadership with multiple direct reports and optimized sales processes. Earlier roles include Senior Sales Manager at Tryg, where Michael led sales processes and managed teams, and Business Manager at GE Money Bank, emphasizing CRM strategy and customer loyalty programs. Michael began career as Head of Customer Service at PBS A/S and has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by a strong foundation in math and physics from Greve Amtsgymnasium.
