Benjamin Phipps

Benjamin Phipps has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Benjamin started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Banana Republic, where they worked until December 2007. Benjamin then moved on to Martin + Osa, where they served as an Assistant Manager from December 2007 to August 2008, before being promoted to Store Director and holding that position until February 2010.

In 2010, Benjamin joined Allied Resource Management, LLC as an Individual Health Insurance Specialist, where they worked until April 2011. Benjamin then transitioned to Corporate Brokers, starting as a Recruiter from April to November 2011. Benjamin quickly climbed the ranks at Corporate Brokers, taking on various roles including National Account Executive (November 2011 to December 2014), Director of National Accounts (December 2014 to November 2015), Market Director (November 2015 to October 2016), and Sales Director (October 2016 to May 2018). From June 2018 to October 2019, Benjamin served as the Executive Director at Corporate Brokers.

Most recently, Benjamin joined Tential in October 2019 as the Enterprise Account Lead, a position they held until February 2022. In February 2022, Benjamin was promoted to the role of VP of Business Development at Tential, where they continue to work.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has demonstrated steady progression and a broad range of skills in sales, account management, recruitment, and executive leadership.

Benjamin Phipps completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Leeds, where they attended from 2001 to 2004.
