TenZen Technologies is unlike any other tech company in Europe. We have a Singular Mission, protect our client companies from the biggest risks that come as a result of growth. All our efforts are tailored towards avoidance of those risks and liabilities.

The biggest risks are bad hiring and inefficient spendings on infrastructure maintenance, testing infrastructure and CI/CD.

Some hard facts:

☯ Just one bad hire for mid-level roles costs up to 100,000 euro ( Randstad Research - 2022) and 90,000 to 180,000 (Hays Netherlands 2023) including recruitment, salary, onboarding, training, productivity performance losses and team disruption.

☯ Replacing a bad hire takes 3–9 months, delaying product roadmaps.

☯ The Netherlands has ~80,000 unfilled tech jobs (2023, Brainport Eindhoven).

☯ Hiring in-house DevOps, infrastructure management and testing infrastructure engineers is extremely inefficient, with high liability and takes attention from the core product roadmap and faster innovation.

Outsourcing these business aspects converts fixed salaries into variable costs, paying for what you use and avoid any liabilities and hidden costs

This is where TenZen Technologies has been instrumental in helping our client companies. Our remote workforce of highly skilled programmers and infrastructure engineers have helped a lot of scale ups and startups turn fixed salary jobs into variable costs and endless risk-free growth possibilities.
