Rhys Elms is a Chartered Accountant (CGMA) with over eight years of experience in financial planning and analysis across various sectors, including public service and FMCG. Currently, Rhys serves as the Portfolio FP&A Manager at Tenzing, where they leverage their skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prior to this role, Rhys worked at Arup and held several engineering positions, leading to expertise in financial reporting and strategic decision-making. Rhys earned a BSc in Engineering Geology from the University of Exeter.
