Tenzo AI is a compliance-first, configurable agentic recruiting platform designed to mirror your exact workflow — while delivering a faster, more transparent candidate experience at scale.

The Tenzo Five-Agent Framework

Tenzo is built as five configurable AI agents that plug into your ATS (Workday, Oracle, etc.) and adapt to your hiring motions, regions, and human-in-the-loop preferences:

- Resume Review Agent – Screens like a human at machine speed. Applies minimum requirements and knockout criteria with explainable, defensible reasons.

- AI Interview Agent – Engages candidates via voice, SMS, email, or video, asks role-specific questions, and supports 40+ languages.

- Fraud Prevention Agent – Protects hiring integrity with identity verification and suspicious-activity signals—critical for high-volume and global compliance.

- Scheduling Agent – Automates interview scheduling and coordination with Outlook/Microsoft 365, reminders, and reschedules.

- Rediscovery Agent – Re-activates your ATS database by finding and re-engaging high-fit prior applicants and silver medalists.

- The Differentiator: Configuration + Governance

You’re not forced into a predefined workflow. Tenzo adapts to yours—configurable by role, site, region, compliance standards, and where you want humans involved. Every interaction is structured with an audit trail, and data controls are built in (candidate opt-in/decline options, configurable recording retention, role-based access).

What candidates feel

Fast responses, clear communication, and flexible screening on their schedule—24/7, in their language—without getting lost in the queue.

Tenzo helps enterprise TA teams move faster without sacrificing compliance, consistency, or candidate experience.
