Anonna Barua

Anonna Barua has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Anonna is currently working as the Head of HR - APAC Region at TEOCO since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Bank of America from 2015 to 2022, where they played a vital role in shaping the people strategy for the Global Finance & Global Procurement businesses in India. Before that, they worked as a Manager - HR at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for developing and driving HR strategies for the Biologics Business Unit. Anonna also held the position of Senior Manager - HR at Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd from 2010 to 2012, and Manager - Human Resources at GENPACT LLC from 2006 to 2010.

Anonna Barua completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics (Hons.) from the University of Calcutta in 2001. Anonna then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2004. After that, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGD-PMIR).
