Frank Culkin

Frank Culkin has had extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Frank currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at TEOCO since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Strategic Account Executive at StackPath from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, they held the position of Director - Enterprise Sales Operations at Spectrum Enterprise, where they achieved significant sales accomplishments and finalized strategic agreements. Before Spectrum Enterprise, Culkin served as Vice President - Sales Operations & General Manager - Alternate Channels at FairPoint Communications from 2013 to 2017, where they achieved improvements in sales and reduced service credit issued to customers. Frank also held positions as Vice President, Executive - Global Operations at Razorsight from 2011 to 2013, Vice President - Account Management & Service Delivery at Ventraq, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, and Vice President - Account Management at Razorsight from 2004 to 2006. Prior to these roles, Culkin worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in the InfoCom Advisory Services Practice from 2002 to 2004 and at Qwest Communications as Director - Wholesale Strategy, Network Cost Management from 1997 to 2002, where they achieved substantial operational savings and played a key role in integration and divestiture activities.

Frank Culkin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Frank also has additional certifications, including a Green Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, both from GoLeanSixSigma.com, obtained in 2017.
