Koushik Das has amassed diverse professional experience, beginning as a Computer Operator cum Data Entry Operator at Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank from June 2007 to June 2012, where responsibilities included managing account openings, transactions, and reporting. Following this, Koushik pursued a course in Animation & VFX Film Making at Digital FX from April to November 2014. Subsequent roles included an internship as an HR Generalist at Corp Bounty from February to October 2017, and serving as an HR Coordinator - MIS Executive at OPPO Mobiles India Pvt. Ltd. from October 2017 to August 2018.
