Ovidiu Groza, MBA, is a seasoned Finance Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience in enhancing financial operations, team development, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Business Services at TEOCO, Ovidiu has a proven track record in financial controls, project management, and post-merger integration, having successfully delivered over $20M in recoveries and synergies in the last year. Previously, Ovidiu held senior leadership roles at Peerless Network and Intelepeer, where they managed significant financial operations, streamlined processes, and fostered high-performing teams. Ovidiu holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in General Business and Economics from California State University - East Bay.
