Pradeep Nikam

Pradeep Nikam has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Pradeep started their career as a Trainee at Tata Communications in 2014, where they gained experience in service assurance, service delivery, and provisioning for major telecommunication operators. Pradeep then worked at Tata Teleservices Ltd. as a Network and Switch Operations Engineer, responsible for monitoring and maintaining lucent 5ESS and ZTE NGN switches. Later, they joined Mahindra Comviva as a Network Operations Engineer, focusing on monitoring and troubleshooting network faults and customer issues. In 2017, they joined TEOCO as a Team Lead, Product Support, providing technical support to clients worldwide and mentoring support engineers. Currently, Pradeep works as a Technical and Business Operations Team Lead at Amdocs Cala.

Pradeep Nikam completed their Bachelor in Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Institute of Engineering & Technology, during the years 2010 to 2013.
