Shane Vines

Shane Vines possesses a diverse background in construction management, project oversight, and engineering, with experience spanning various roles across multiple companies. Starting as a Production Engineer at Western Plastics, Shane advanced through positions such as Construction Manager at Heartland Homes and Project Manager at Lynch Construction, managing complex projects and teams. In more recent roles, including Project Manager at Tepa Companies and Project Superintendent at Rifcon, LLC, responsibilities included cradle-to-grave project execution and commercial construction management. Additionally, Shane held significant leadership roles, such as Director of Operations at Vault Ice, where oversight of large-scale operations and logistics was key. Educationally, Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
