Sonya Cadle

Sonya Cadle is a Senior Hydrogeologist at Tepa Companies since December 2022, with a robust background in hydrogeology spanning over two decades. Previous experience includes multiple roles at Tetra Tech from December 2008 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed hydrogeologic data evaluation, groundwater modeling, aquifer test design, and litigation support. Prior positions held include Hydrogeologist at ARCADIS, Associate Geologist at Secor International, and Project Hydrogeologist at Hydrologic Consultants Inc., with a focus on groundwater modeling, data analysis, and report writing. Cadle’s career began as a Staff Environmental Geoscientist at ERM, where foundational skills in monitoring and sampling were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Hydrogeology from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Northern Illinois University.
