Todd Sampson

Todd Sampson is the Vice President of Proposals & Communications at Tepa Companies since June 2020, overseeing the Proposals and Communications Department to deliver high-quality proposals, develop marketing campaigns, and enhance the Tepa brand. Previously, Todd held various roles within Tepa, including Proposal Operations Manager and Senior Proposal Manager for the Construction Services Division, managing nationwide proposal development. Todd also serves as Historian and Personnel + Admin NCO for the California State Guard, responsible for personnel management and evaluations. Before joining Tepa, Todd was a Proposal Manager at URS Corporation, focusing on technical proposal development, and held management roles at The Eastridge Group and Rite Aid Corporation. Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University-Sacramento.
