The Human Resources team at Tepa spearheads talent acquisition, employee relations, and professional development initiatives. They ensure compliance with employment laws, manage benefits and compensation, and create programs for employee engagement and retention. Additionally, they support tribal relations to align company goals with the values of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians.
