Stephen Feeney

Stephen Feeney has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Web Developer at Qube Software Ltd. From 2006 to 2013, they were the Investment Systems Developer at Carbon Capital Ltd, where they were the sole IT systems developer and developed secure online database systems tracking the personal and investment details of all 900 investors and IFAs involved with the Partnerships. Stephen then worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at both UCL and Imperial College London from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Flatiron Research Fellow at the Simons Foundation. Currently, they are a Lecturer and Royal Society University Research Fellow at UCL and a Data Scientist at tepeo.

Stephen Feeney holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Astrophysics from UCL, a Master of Science (MS) in Natural Sciences (Astrophysics) from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Stephen obtained these degrees between 2009 and 2003.
