With more than 25 years of experience TEPSA is a leading Tier 1 Managed Services Provider, fully dedicated to the provision of Enterprise Grade Cybersecurity & Remote Monitoring and Management tools to the MSP channel.
Established in 2003 TEPSA is one of the few Tier Distributors dedicated to helping IT companies grow from the traditional “break / fix” entry level of support towards becoming fully fledged Managed Service Providers.

In order to provide MSP services a company requires Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
Traditionally these tools need to be self-hosted and are very expensive.
Focused on quality, service and value, the TEPSA Management Team now provides, hosts and supports Managed Services over 2,000 IT Service Providers in South Africa with well over 100,000 installed end-points collectively, negating the costs and time associated to implementing and supporting self hosted solutions.

TEPSA places great emphasis on providing our partners with the choice and flexibility of a hosted product range that meets their needs. Whether the requirement is for a simple managed Helpdesk for a start-up IT support company or an established MSP requiring cloud based Security Services and Archiving, TEPSA hosts, manages and supports a Cybersecurity & RMM product range that meets the diverse needs of our partners.

Our attention to detail and customer care translate into Best of Breed solutions with the support to match.
