Rafael Rocha is a Ph.D. holder in Economics with extensive experience in quantitative finance. Currently a Senior Researcher at TERA Capital, Rafael focuses on asset allocation, risk management, and macroeconomic analysis. They co-founded Hakase Capital, where they developed systematic trading strategies, and served as a Teaching Assistant at Insper, contributing to courses in macroeconomics. Rafael also conducted research at the London School of Economics as a visiting researcher, supported by a FAPESP fellowship.
