Adéle Powell is a highly-accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and operations management. They have successfully led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic initiatives, achieving HIPAA and SOC certifications within a record-breaking timeframe. With a background spanning various roles, including National Operations Manager and General Manager, they have demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering stakeholder collaboration. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Risk and Assurance at Teraco, Adéle continues to leverage their skills and knowledge to drive organizational success. They hold multiple degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and are currently pursuing an Advanced Labour Law Programme from the University of South Africa.
