Rick Webb

Rick Webb has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1980, they worked at Continental Airlines as the Director of Training, Policy and Procedures, where they managed various Inflight training programs and ensured regulatory compliance. In 1995, they joined Adecco Engineering and Technical as the Area VP, responsible for business development and revenue growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. From 2007 to 2009, Rick worked as the Regional Recruiting Manager at Sotec-Radius Resources, leading a team of recruiters and overseeing talent acquisition and management. In 2010, they joined Teracore, Inc. and held various roles, including Director of Employee Engagement Programs, where they oversaw recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and policy development.

Rick Webb attended Whittier College from 1975 to 1976. Rick did not earn a degree or study any specific field during this time. Later, from 1976 to 1979, Rick attended California State University, Chico, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences.
