Aaron Mitchell is a Senior Service Experience Manager in the public sector, with a robust background in IT infrastructure and system administration. They began their career in information technology as a Help Desk Administrator and progressed to Unix System Administrator at MedicalDirector. Aaron later served as an IT Infrastructure Analyst at Electronic Data Systems before holding various roles at Teradata, culminating in their position as Senior Service Experience Manager from 2007 to 2021. They earned a Diploma of IT Systems Administration from Canberra Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2003.
