Blake Callaghan has over a decade of experience in project management and customer support within the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Cloud Onboarding and Data Migration Services at Teradata since August 2014, Blake also holds the position of Change Control Specialist on the America’s Change Control team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Previously, Blake worked at Cegedim Relationship Management from January 2007 to July 2014 as a Knowledge Engineer and Customer Support Representative 2, where responsibilities included creating and managing knowledge bases, project management, training, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced call-center environment. Blake attended Tidewater Community College from 2012 to 2013.
