Bruce Teeters

Bruce Teeters is an accomplished Chief US Region Counsel at Teradata, bringing extensive experience as a General Counsel specializing in legal support for acquisitions, government contracts, and intellectual property. Previously, Teeters held senior legal positions at BAE Systems, including Chief Counsel and VP, overseeing significant litigation and compliance functions across domestic and international operations. Teeters also served as Sr. VP and General Counsel at MTC Technologies, where they negotiated a major merger agreement, and as a partner at Chernesky, Heyman & Kress, focusing on corporate and business transactions. Teeters earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BA in Political Science and Accounting from Ohio Northern University.
