Cindy Thatcher

Cindy Thatcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Enablement at Teradata since March 2015. In this role, Cindy leads teams focused on sales readiness and curriculum development, spearheading initiatives that shape go-to-market strategies. Previous roles at Teradata include Director of Learning Consulting and Analytics, where Cindy established standards for learning project management, and Manager/Team Lead, focusing on the design of global learning interventions. Cindy also teaches as Corporate Faculty at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, covering topics in modern learning technologies. Prior to Teradata, Cindy held various consulting and managerial roles at CorpU and McKonly & Asbury, alongside a foundational career at Gap Inc. with a focus on operational excellence and staff development. Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Education, Training, and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Retail/Fashion Merchandising from Marywood University.
