Flavio Lima

Flavio Lima has over three decades of experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Area Vice President of Customer Support & Services at Teradata since March 2007. In these roles, Flavio leads customer service operations, overseeing end-to-end service delivery, customer services P&L, and articulating strategic vision to key customers. Previous positions at Teradata include Area Director and Support Service Manager, where Flavio was accountable for customer incident management and developed strong client relationships. Flavio's earlier career includes roles at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from leading customer services teams to acting as a technical specialist, along with technology support experience at Novadata S.A. Flavio holds a Bachelor's degree in computer from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
