Joe Miller

Joe Miller is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in compensation management and financial analysis. Currently serving as Finance Director of Compensation at Teradata since February 2022, Joe has held several leadership positions, including Finance Director of Compensation at Blue Yonder and Sr. Manager of Compensation at Sunrun. Joe's extensive experience includes significant roles at Cricket Communications, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis, sales incentive plan design, and customer acquisition cost evaluation across various departments. Additionally, Joe has been an active Supervisory Committee Volunteer at Desert Financial Credit Union since May 2012, ensuring proper audit controls and protecting member assets. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Western International University.
