With 20 years of experience, Joseph has excelled in communication, sales operations, and public speaking, and has taught courses in public speaking and group communication as a university lecturer and career coach at California State University, Northridge. Previously, they held positions at Infinite Campus, PowerSchool Group LLC, MAXIMUS, and Kintera, showcasing their expertise in proposal management and customer service.
