Kirk Johnsen

Kirk Johnsen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and transactions. Since June 2007, Kirk has served as Chief Commercial Counsel and Law Vice President at Teradata Corporation, overseeing legal support for complex commercial transactions both domestically and internationally. Prior to this role, Kirk held the position of Assistant Law Vice President at NCR Corporation from September 1997 to June 2007 and worked as an attorney at both AT&T and NCR Corporation earlier in the career. Kirk holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, as well as a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University. Additional academic experience includes studies at Université Côte d'Azur.
