Lauren Hoffmaster is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in leading high-impact strategic initiatives at Teradata since June 2018. In current roles as Sr Staff Technical Program Manager and previously as Staff Technical Program Manager, Lauren drives alignment with organizational objectives while overseeing department financials, including headcount and budgets. Prior to Teradata, Lauren served as Senior Program Manager at Client Solution Architects, managing complex programs within a $5M contract, and worked as a Program Management Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Lauren managed procurement for tactical communication hardware and software.
