Mark Grover is the founder of Stemma and a co-creator of the open-source data discovery and metadata engine Amundsen. They authored the Hadoop Application Architectures book and previously worked as a developer on Apache Spark at Cloudera. Mark has held various roles in the Apache Software Foundation, serving as a committer and PMC member across multiple projects. Currently, Mark is the Director of Product Management at Teradata following the acquisition of Stemma in 2023 and is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering in Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto.
