Michele Hatton has extensive experience in customer experience and support within the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience for Global Financial Services at Teradata since April 1996. Previous roles at Teradata include Vice President of Customer Experience for the Americas, Vice President of Customer Support and Services for the Americas, Area Vice President for Customer Support and Services, Senior Director of Services Sales, and Director of Account Management. Prior to Teradata, Michele worked at AT&T from November 1987 to March 1996, holding positions such as Operations Manager, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Analyst. Michele Hatton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Rider University.
