Michele Pilgrim

Michele Pilgrim serves as the Sr Director, Global People Business Partner at Teradata since November 2021, providing strategic HR consultation to top leadership across various functions. Previously, Michele held roles including Sr Talent Development & DE&I Advisor at Cleco, where strategic talent and performance management initiatives were designed for a workforce of 1,500 employees. At Union Tank Car Company, Michele functioned as Senior HR Manager overseeing HR operations for 600 employees in a union environment. Other notable positions include HR leadership roles at Lumen Technologies, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, and Sony Electronics, where Michele led various HR initiatives, talent management strategies, and organizational development programs. Michele holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida.
