Robert A Westerkamp

Robert A. Westerkamp is currently the Global Director of Vendor Management at Teradata, where they have been responsible for outsourcing field service functions to a major IT provider for the past two years, overseeing operations in 41 countries. Since joining Teradata in 2006, Robert has directed a team focused on developing consulting and management skills while managing vendor relationships and strategic planning initiatives. Robert's prior experience includes serving as the Director of Managed Services at NCR Corporation, where they enhanced productivity through improved service design and operation. Robert holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from the University of Dayton and is currently pursuing a BSBA in Management Information Systems at Xavier University.
