Robert Heyer

Robert Heyer is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Global Security & Safety at Teradata since September 2018, Robert oversees the company's physical and personnel security programs globally. In addition, Robert is an Advisory Board Member at HackerStrike, providing expert insights for advanced network security solutions, and owns Security Group San Diego, offering consultancy in a range of security matters. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Security at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and had a distinguished 26-year career with the U.S. Secret Service, including roles such as Assistant Special Agent in Charge and Special Agent in Charge (Acting). Robert's military background includes serving as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Education credentials include advanced studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Cyber Security Executive Program at the University of San Diego, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
