Umar Jawad is an accomplished IT professional with over thirteen years of experience in data engineering, data integration, and project management across various business sectors, especially banking. Umar began their career at a financial institution as an Officer in the Data Warehousing team and later worked at Teradata as a Professional Services Consultant. They returned to the financial sector, where they progressed to roles such as Sr. Manager for Business Intelligence and, ultimately, Department Head, before currently serving as a Lead Data Engineer at Teradata.
