Jim Raycraft

Jim Raycraft, PMP, MBA, is currently a Program Manager in the Military/Aerospace Division at Teradyne, where they apply over 20 years of experience in managing complex government and private sector projects. Previously, Jim held positions such as Senior Program Manager at EFI-VUTEk and Project Manager at SIG SAUER, Inc., where they demonstrated expertise in new product development and process improvement. Jim served as Executive Officer and Program Manager at the Naval Reactors Representative's Field Office, overseeing multibillion-dollar nuclear submarine projects and enhancing operational efficiency. With a background as a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, Jim possesses extensive technical knowledge in nuclear propulsion and reactor operations. They earned an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Technology from Daniel Webster College.
