Hélio Clemente's work experience spans various roles and industries. Hélio started their career as a Network Technician at CERT-IPN in 2009. Hélio Clemente obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences with a focus on Information Technologies and Electronics from Universidade do Algarve. Hélio completed this degree between the years 2005 and 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering (M.Eng.) specializing in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade do Algarve, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.
