Nadia Dan

Nadia Dan has a strong background in software engineering and management. Nadia currently works as a Software Engineering Manager at Teramind. Prior to this, they held the same position at Crossover for Work from June 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they worked at Crossover for Work as the Chief Software Architect from July 2020 to June 2022.

Earlier in their career, Nadia worked at Elan Solutions as a Senior Software Developer and Project Manager from April 2016 to July 2020. Nadia started their career at Lasting Software in 2009 as a Software Developer and later took on roles as a Software Project Manager and Business Analyst from January 2014 to April 2016.

Throughout their career, Nadia has developed software projects using Microsoft technologies and has experience in various fields such as finance, production, and education. Nadia has also demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain and improve existing applications.

Nadia Dan completed their Bachelor's degree in Calculatoare si Tehnologia Informatiei at Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara from 2005 to 2009. Nadia then pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering at the same university from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Nadia also obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in April 2023.
