J Joy

J Joy is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automated testing across various organizations. Currently serving as Team Lead at Teranet Inc. since February 2022, J Joy oversees QA Automated testing and Accessibility Testing with a focus on AODA / AMA, leading a team of 10. Previous roles include Senior QA Engineer at lululemon, where J Joy facilitated the adoption of automated testing practices, and QA Lead at Plan International Canada, responsible for a range of digital projects and implementing testing best practices. J Joy also held positions as Quality Assurance Manager at YMCA of Greater Toronto, managing a large team for a critical CRM project, and worked as QA Analyst at CPA Ontario. With a strong educational background in computer science and project management, J Joy is trained in multiple testing tools and methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to quality assurance and team leadership in technology-driven environments.
